Cars are covered by a fully paid comprehensive policy. However in case of accident damage, the hirer is responsible for first Mur 20,000/-

Driver and passengers are covered by our insurance in case of injury caused during an accident.

An insurance deposit of Rs 20,000/- plus estimated cost of the hirer are payable in advance or delivery date. The insurance deposit is fully refundable unless damage has occurred.

Note : The company reserve the authority to waive excess deposit. But in case of damage, insurance clause applies.

Cars are covered by a fully comprehensive policy in excess of Rs 20,000/-

Damage, Loss of equipment or personal property and tyres are not covered by either insurance deposit or by the insurance waiver charge and therefore these are under responsibility of hirer.

Loss of Equipment (5 wheels, lifting Jack, Tool kit,Aerial wipers ect ) and damage of engine caused by carelessness of hirer are not covered by any insurance and cost will be claimed to the hirer of the car.

1. The speedometers of the cars are sealed and are not to be tampered.
2. Under penalty of cancellation of the insurance policy, the hirer agrees not to allow the car to be driven by another person other than himself or those having their driving licence registered on our rental agreement.

Gasoline is a charge to the hirer.
Servicing is provided by our rental company.

The hirer remains solely liable fees reports and official statement drawn up against himself.

Any contravention where hirer is at cause shall be borne by hirer himself.
